'I have known David Gilley and the team at GTRS for several years. Mr. Gilley has represented many local government clients where my company has built or attempted to build new cell towers for all of the cellular carriers in our markets.

'GTRS was engaged by our city to renegotiate a cell tower lease on a city owned property. After many days of contentious negotiations with the existing tower company, it was decided that there was a need to terminate the existing lease arrangement and to select a new tower company.
GTRS maintains a wealth of industry connections which allowed for the City to enter into an agreement with a new tower company to replace the existing tower in an even better location. Their understanding of the needs of the City and surrounding community were instrumental in finding a solution for the carriers to upgrade their services while eliminating esthetic concerns of an adjacent neighborhood.
GTRS handled the process from start to finish including lease negotiations, project management and community relations with the affected neighborhoods. GTRS has since managed the installation of a new tower adjacent to the police station and they understand the needs of protecting the interests of the City while delivering the facilities needed by the cell tower company.
GTRS, with the leadership of Mr. Gilley, allowed me to focus on my duties as city manager and to be relieved of the stress of handling fractious negotiations while planning a win-win situation for the City and the tower company.
